I've been going to this bamboo garden since I was in middle school. I'm 28 now and this is STILL my go to Chinese restaurant. Best in Charleston

Really good Chinese food. My favorite is the house special egg foo young with spicy gravy and teriyaki chicken on a stick. My wife loves their wonton egg drop soup and Hunan Triple Crown.

A tasty little Chinese restaurant. It was a little pricey at dinner so it would likely be good to hit up for lunch time specials. We tried the chicken on a stick (very good), crab rangoons (they were ok), sweet and sour chicken (pretty tasty), shrimp egg roll (tasty), and sesame chicken (kids liked it).

My wife and I eat here about once a month and always have great food! Best Chinese food in Mt P, particularly enjoy the chow mei fun (pancit) and fried veggie spring rolls

I frequent this marvelous place every couple of days since I enjoy the good air that is unique to this restaurant. The crew is extremely welcoming and skilfull. The service is pretty fast. Most important, the food they serve is highly distinguished. I visited often and I was always joyful. The rate is decent. I suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

very consistent!

You get exactly what you expect from this place. It gives great food at a good price. It isn't fancy and that is what I like about it. What got me to leave this review is when they shorted me out on an order of rice and sweet and sour sauce. I asked them to leave it outside the door because they closed before I got off of work. Low and behold they left food at the door for me to find. 5 stars!

From the outside it's very unassuming and looks like a little hole in the wall of the strip mall it's in but it's by far the best local Chinese food I've had so far. I always get it to go and never wait long for it. Their fried rice is perfectly delicious and my absolute favorite is their Sesame Chicken. The meal portions are (to me) ridiculously big and I can put down some Chinese food. I haven't made my way all through their menu because I have my personal go-to dishes but their spring rolls are also perfect. The best part? They're open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! Yeah, you heard right. If you're looking for just plan good Chinese without any fanciness and at a good value for $$, then Bamboo Garden is your best bet in Mount Pleasant.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants around. They are very fast at cooking food which keeps you from waiting.

I ordered shrimp chow mein. What I received an onion dish, literally, which look like it might have had shriveled cabbage.Sauce. I'm not exaggerating when I say I tasted no garlic and the sauce was sweet.My other order was was supposed to be mixed vegetables in garli

The food is delicious! Struggled to find great Chinese food in Mt Pleasant, but this is the place. Eat in our takeout are both available. I got the General Tso extra spicy and it was perfect. My wife loves her sesame chicken too.

Always consistant quality! Adore the garlic pork combo. I always add an extra egg roll because the food feeds me for 2 meals!

Worst take out I’ve ever had....so much garlic, should have been Italian...ate chicken and broccoli and cashew chicken btw??

Great lunch spot. Food is very tasty and very hot on arrival. I get the sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Very flavorful.

I eat here on a regular. Yesterday i went and my order total was 6.99. i gave the lady a 20.00 bill she mistakenly gave me 3.01 when i told her of her mistake she said i lied when i told her she was wrong and i would wait for her to count the draw she threw the 10.00 she owed me in my face. the worst costumer service ever!!!!!

The preparation of the food is never consistent. But that goes for all the Chinese restaurants in Charleston. If you ever had Chinese food North of the Carolinas you would say the Chinese food in Charleston is all garbage.

From out of town and here for work, stopped by this Chinese place for dinner on a Monday night around 7:00, place was good! looked clean, nice counter lady, food came out really fast and tasted hot n fresh. I ordered general tso chicken and fired rice and it tasted great and did not get me sick the rest of the night or next day which can commonly happen where I live. Would recommend for fast takeout Chinese food 9/10

I'm 38 and have eaten Asian cuisine from California to The UAE. I got beef lo-mein for lunch last week having never eaten here before. I can honestly say it was the most delicious lo-mein I have ever had. This place got it spot on. I will definitely be back for more.

had beef & snow peas with fried rice and shrimp eggroll. . I found this place by accident..... I'm so glad I wandered in here. I really liked the food & the service was fast. I definitely plan on returning.
